给脚包扎绷带

Rest injured foot on operator's knee on a clean towel. Commence bandaging in manner shown by the lower diagram, the bandage being bound over and round the back of foot in spiral fashion, and eventually affixed by means of a safety pin, just beneath ankle, as shown in upper illustration.

把受伤的脚搁在帮你包扎的人的膝盖上，脚下垫一条干净的毛巾。按下图所示的方式开始包扎，绷带在脚背上以螺旋状缠绕，最后用一根别针在脚踝下面的位置固定住，如上图所示。
