The Chinese women shuttlers proved themselves to be too strong for the Indonesians here Thursday as they cruised past the former champions 3-0 to reach the Uber Cup final without conceding a single set.

Wang Yihan ripped Indonesia's No. 1 Maria Febe Kusumastuti 21-7, 21-12 in 37 minutes before the first doubles Ma Jin/Wang Xiaoli grabbed an easy win over Greysia Polii/Melliana Jauhari 21-17, 21- 13 for the seond point.

It was again the second singles Wang Xin who sealed the victory for China after a third match where she defeated Adriyanti Firdasari 21-17, 21-15.

"I would say it is perfect to win in this way," said China's head coach Li Yongbo. "The young players who are all debutants in the tournament did great jobs here under high pressure."

"The Indonesians performed well, but our players are better."

Indonesia's coah Djendjen Djaenanasri, however, was disappointed about the way his team was beaten.

"Frankly, I am not happy with the way we played in the first singles and first doubles. We were simply disappointed in both matches. All I can say is that Firdasari was the only player who gave her best on the court," said Djendjen.

"Mari Febe could not handle the pressure of high expectations we had on her. She is young and probably succumbed to the pressure. She also did not play to her true form," he added.

China will take on South Korea in the final here on Saturday, which ousted Japan 3-1 in the other semifinal on Thursday.

Li Yongbo said his players are very confident to beat the long- time rivals a sixth time in the Uber Cup finals as they did in all five previous clashes.

"The final will be tough but the outcome will be the same. We will win again," said Li. "We have beaten the South Koreans in our previous five meetings in the final. Come this Saturday, we will make it six."
